Marriage Licensing:

Marriage Licenses are Only issued between the hours of 8:00a.m.- 11:30a.m. & 1:00p.m. - 3:30p.m. closed for lunch 12:00-1:00p.m. Application and Instructions on obtaining a Marriage License. If BOTH parties are out of state the cost of the license will be $182.00.

BIRTH / DEATH RECORD REQUESTS:

To apply for a Birth or Death Certificate at your local Registrar, complete, print and return this application to the County Clerks' office.  All applications by mail require a Notarized Signature, photo copy of drivers license and the appropriate fee.
                       

MILITARY DISCHARGE RECORD REQUESTS:

To obtain a copy of a previously recorded Military Discharge Record, complete, print and return this Military Discharge Copy Request to the County Clerks' office.  All copy requests not submitted in person to our office, require a Notarized Signature and a photo copy of a valid identification.
