We STOP issuing birth, death and marriage certificates at 11:30AM-1PM and 3:30PM for the day.

Marriage Licensing:

You will both need to be present and have valid ID's.   

Marriage licenses are $81.00.

If BOTH parties are out of state the cost of the license will be $181.00.

 

Our office charges a 5% processing fee with all credit card transactions.

BIRTH / DEATH RECORD REQUESTS:

To apply for a Birth or Death Certificate at your local Registrar, complete, print and return this application to the County Clerks' office.  All applications by mail require a Notarized Signature, photo copy of drivers license and the appropriate fee.
                       

MILITARY DISCHARGE RECORD REQUESTS:

To obtain a copy of a previously recorded Military Discharge Record, complete, print and return this Military Discharge Copy Request to the County Clerks' office.  All copy requests not submitted in person to our office, require a Notarized Signature and a photo copy of a valid identification.
